Brunch Catering Proposal
Thank you so much for considering Allanté's Kitchen to cater this very special 80th birthday celebration. It is truly an honor to be entrusted with such a meaningful milestone, and we are excited to help create an experience that celebrates a lifetime of cherished memories with family and friends. Based on your vision for an elegant, plated brunch, we have thoughtfully curated a menu that blends comforting Southern favorites with refined culinary touches. Paired with attentive tableside service and beautifully presented courses, this dining experience is designed to feel warm, welcoming, and memorable, allowing your guests to relax, celebrate, and enjoy every moment together.
Order of Service
Our goal is to create an elegant, seamless dining experience that allows your guests to relax and enjoy every moment of the celebration. Service will be paced to encourage conversation while ensuring each course is served fresh and at the appropriate time.
Guest Arrival
As guests arrive, they will be welcomed by our waitstaff with handcrafted mini charcuterie cones served in crisp waffle cones, accompanied by a selection of refreshing fruit-infused waters featuring Lemon Mint and Strawberry Basil. At each table, elegant glass carafes of orange juice, apple juice, and water will be available for guests to enjoy throughout the meal.
Personalized Tableside Ordering
Once each table is fully seated, a member of our service team will greet the guests and take each person's entrée selections. This personalized ordering process ensures every guest receives their preferred brunch experience while maintaining the elegance of restaurant-style service.
First Course
While the culinary team prepares each table's selections, guests will be served individual fruit parfaits featuring fresh seasonal fruit, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola, providing a light and refreshing beginning to the meal.
Second Course
Guests will then enjoy their choice of one of our signature brunch soups:

Beef Short Ribs & Savory Oatmeal
Each bowl will be prepared fresh and served individually to ensure consistency and quality.
Main Course
Following the soup course, guests will receive their individually plated brunch entrée, featuring their selected protein paired with their chosen breakfast accompaniment and chef-selected sides.

Our attentive service staff will remain available throughout the event to refresh beverages, clear courses, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience worthy of celebrating such a remarkable milestone.
Pricing
The total investment for this chef-curated brunch experience is $7,250, which includes personalized menu planning, fresh food preparation, professional waitstaff, tableside ordering, multi-course plated service, setup, breakdown, and all service necessary to provide a seamless and memorable dining experience for your guests.

Ten dedicated waitstaff
Kitchen preparation, setup, and breakdown
Standard serving equipment
To secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your event. Once the deposit is received, your date will be officially reserved.
Because we have had the pleasure of working together in the past, I would be happy to discuss the proposal with you and make reasonable adjustments where possible. My goal is to create an exceptional dining experience that honors this special celebration while remaining mindful of your vision and budget.
